At SeedsPlease, we believe every collector deserves the best possible start. That’s why we stand behind the quality and freshness of every seed we carry. Our genetics are carefully sourced from elite global breeders, rigorously selected, and stored under optimal conditions to ensure maximum longevity and viability.
🌿 Important Notice: Seeds are sold strictly as souvenirs and collectible items. Germination or cultivation is only permitted in regions where it is legal to do so, such as the ACT. It’s your responsibility to understand and comply with your local laws before attempting any form of germination or cultivation.
Your success and safety matter to us — so we’re here to provide premium, fresh genetics, fast local shipping, and trusted Australian service, while encouraging all collectors to act responsibly and legally.
How Our Guarantee Works
Follow Our Germination Guide To give your seeds the best chance, please use our recommended germination steps below for how to qualify for Seed Replacement. These steps are designed to create the ideal environment for sprouting and to prevent common issues.
Document Your Process If your seeds don’t germinate, simply provide us with a short note and a few photos of your attempt. This helps us confirm the steps were followed and identify any possible issues.
We Replace Your Seeds Once confirmed, we’ll replace the seeds at no extra cost. It’s our way of showing that we stand by the genetics we sell.
Why We Offer This Guarantee
Many seed banks shift the risk entirely onto growers, but at SeedsPlease we believe in partnership. Germination is influenced by technique, temperature, water quality, and handling — but when you do your part, we promise to do ours.
Our guarantee exists because we want you to feel confident, supported, and excited as you begin your grow. We don’t just sell seeds — we nurture growers.
How to Qualify for Seed Replacement
To keep things fair and transparent, we ask that all replacement requests are backed up with documentation of your germination attempt using the paper towel method.
Paper Towel Germination Method
Gather your supplies You’ll need 2 clean paper towels, a plate, and some distilled or purified water.
Moisten the towels Lightly dampen the towels so they’re moist but not dripping wet.
Place the seeds Lay your seeds evenly between the two towels.
Cover & store Put the towels on a plate, cover them with another plate to block out light, and store in a warm, dark spot (around 21–26°C).
Check daily Seeds usually crack and sprout within 2–7 days. Keep the towels damp (never dry, never soaked).
What We Need for Documentation
To qualify for a replacement, please provide:
Clear photos of your germination setup using the paper towel method.
Daily progress photos showing the condition of the seeds.
A final photo after 7 days, showing which seeds did not sprout.
How to Submit a Claim
Email us at [admin@seedsplease.com.au] within 10 days of purchase.
Include your order number, photos, and a short description of your germination process.
Once we’ve verified everything, we’ll send out a replacement order free of charge.
Quick Germination Tips
Store seeds in a cool, dark, dry place until use.
Avoid handling seeds excessively — oils from your fingers can affect viability.
Keep temperatures between 22–26°C for best results.
Patience matters — some seeds take longer than others to crack.
