If your seeds arrive damaged, we will send replacements, no dramas, just send us a photo of the damage via email.

 The sender details will be generic, so it’s important that you provide the correct shipping info as we will not re-send if the item is lost in the post due to incorrect shipping info provided upon ordering, 

Once your tracking number is received, we recommend you to monitor it as our delivery guarantee covers you if the item is lost in the post.
